Can I customize my gift box?
Yes you can. If you see anything you like from a different pre-curated box, you can send us a message if you want something in particular. We can swap out/ swap in the items.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes we do. Send us an email at [email protected] to let us know what your preferences are. We accommodate corporate orders and PR kits as well.
Can you personalize items with names or logos?
For a fee, depending on the material of the item being personalized, we can suggest what will work best. Take note that personalization may take time, and you may want to consider your timeline.
My order is a gift. Can I add a personal note?
All boxes from Cosette and Simone come with a gift card. If you would like a personalized note, please message us and we will gladly do it for you.
Can you ship directly to the receiver?
Definitely! Just send us your order form together with the instructions, and let us do the rest.

What is your lead time if I order a box?
Give us 2-3 days to assemble your orders. Please take note that we will only process fully paid orders.
For bulk orders, give us a few more days, depending on the quantity and if it is peak or off-peak season.
Do you have other box materials?
Yes, we do! We currently have corrugated mailer boxes, magnetic rigid boxes and wood boxes. If you want something else, message us and we can create something unique for you.
How can I make sure I get exactly what I ordered?
In the event that a certain item may not be available on your order, we will message you about the replacement (something equally nice and of the same value) for your approval. We will then send you a photo update at least 2 days before we send out your order.
What courier do you use for shipping?
For Metro Manila orders, we usually deliver through GoGo Xpress or Grab. For provincial orders, we ship via GoGo Xpress. If you have a courier of your choice, let us know and we will gladly accommodate. (Read more on delivery page)
What is your return / refund policy?
If you find the item you received is faulty, defective, or broken, email us and we will gladly give you a refund. Proof must be provided to us in form of photo or video that upon receipt, item was already faulty, defective or broken.
